Salisbury Regional Performing Arts Centre (SRPAC) boasts a 286-seat theatre with modern, comfortable seating and an intimate atmosphere that connects performers and audiences alike. The venue is equipped with cutting-edge technology: a DMX-controlled Chamsys lighting system, an industry-leading D&B sound system mixed through an Allen & Heath SQ5 digital console, and a fully integrated video production setup for high-quality projection, live filming, and streaming. Every detail has been crafted to deliver professional-level lighting, sound, and multimedia capabilities for concerts, theatre, dance, hybrid events, and live productions.

A Vision Realized
Just over a year ago, a community member and local sound engineer and musician, Jon Arsenault, recognized the untapped potential within an existing space at Salisbury Regional School. What began as a single vision quickly gained momentum as it was embraced and shared by school leadership and staff, giving rise to the idea of the Salisbury Regional Performing Arts Centre.
Over the course of a year, that vision was transformed into reality through extensive renovations, countless hours of work by contractors and tradespeople, and the dedicated efforts of students in the wood and metal shop classes. Local businesses, volunteers, and Jon himself contributed time, expertise, and support throughout the process. With the generous assistance and sponsorship of Cooper Equipment Rentals and SSI Audio, the Salisbury Regional Performing Arts Centre now stands as a testament to collaboration, creativity, and strong community partnership.
